About Me

Hello!

My love for art began at a young age. With the encouragement of my grandmother, whose love and support continues to this day, I entered my first art show in the second grade with a ceramic rainbow leaf. Since then, I have turned to art as a source of joy and passion, and to support my mental health.

I began selling my art in 2020 after losing employment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I also invested in my first professional camera and began offering photo shoots to residents in the Blue Water Area of Michigan once the pandemic subsided. That budding creativity blossomed into the creation of Honeybee Photography & Art. I began selling my art and photography at local events and farmer’s markets in 2022. A year later, I began experimenting with the concepts of death and the life cycle by creating terrariums with oddities, bones, and dried objects.

In my free time, I’m also an advocate for mental health and for LGBTQ+ rights and acceptance after coming out as pansexual at the age of 13. I enjoy supporting the Blue Water Ally Center through clothing sales and donations.

I love the creative process and sharing my passion for art with others through photography, painting, oddities, caricature, and other art forms. I hope you like what you see. Feel free to shop my store for art pieces, book a service, or shoot me a message!
